Dr. B. Anbuthambi was invited to engage with Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) through its Leadership Lounge, providing an opportunity for students and the academic community to interact with an experienced education and management strategist. The conversation explored themes around leadership, career development, future skills, education and the changing expectations of young professionals. Drawing on more than three decades of experience across education, skilling, EdTech, industry–academia collaboration and institutional development, Dr. Anbuthambi shared perspectives on what it takes to build a meaningful career in a rapidly changing world. The Leadership Lounge format created space for a more conversational and reflective engagement, allowing participants to explore not only professional success but also the mindsets, values and capabilities required to remain relevant in the future. Such engagements are closely aligned with Successverse ASK Foundation’s commitment to leadership development and student success.
