This award recognizes one high-performing department per discipline across Tamil Nadu. • Eligibility : The awards are open to academic departments of Higher Education Institutions (Universities, Engineering, Arts, Science, Commerce, and Management institutions) located in Tamil Nadu.
• Authorized Applicant : Applications must be submitted only by the Dean or Head of Department (HOD), or an officially authorized representative of the institution.
• Single Entry per Department : Each department can submit only one application under its respective discipline category.
• Accuracy of Information : All information provided must be true, accurate, and supported by valid documentation on request. Any misrepresentation may lead to disqualification.
• Time Period of Achievements: Submissions should primarily highlight achievements and impact from the last 3 academic years.
• Submission Format : Applications must be submitted through the prescribed online format along with submission of required supporting documents as one PDF in email.
• Supporting Evidence : Based on request by Jury, applicants should be ready provide verifiable evidence for all claims, including reports, certificates, publications, and relevant data.
• No Application Fee : There is no fee for submitting the initial application.
• Shortlisting Process : Applications will be screened and shortlisted based on predefined evaluation parameters by an expert panel.
• Right to Seek Clarifications : The organizing committee reserves the right to request additional information or clarifications from applicants.
• Evaluation Criteria : The jury will evaluate entries based on parameters such as academic excellence, innovation, industry integration, research, and student outcomes.
• Jury Decision : The decision of the jury will be final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
• Confidentiality : All application data will be treated as confidential and used solely for evaluation purposes.
• Participation Fee for Winners : Selected departments must confirm participation by paying a fee of INR 20,000 per department, which includes - Awards and recognition materials, Feature in “Successverse Impact Awards” publication, Participation for two representatives at the awards ceremony, and event costs.
• Inclusion in Publication : Award-winning departments agree to have their details featured in the Successverse publication and websites.
• Right to Use Information : The organizers reserve the right to use submitted information for promotional, documentation, and knowledge-sharing purposes.
• Disqualification Clause : Any attempt to influence the jury, provide false information, or violate guidelines will result in immediate disqualification.
• Award Categories & Final Decision : Awards will be given discipline-wise, and the organizers reserve the right to modify, merge, or withhold categories based on the quality of entries.
• Event Participation : At least one representative from the winning department must be present at the awards ceremony to receive the recognition.
• Amendments : The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the rules and regulations at any time. Any updates will be communicated to applicants.
